Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Junior Sales Executive – Modern Trade will play a key role in strengthening Bel's market presence and ensuring sales execution excellence. This full-time position reports to the Modern Trade Sales Manager and involves direct engagement with the market to drive business development and brand visibility.

• Conduct daily visits to market outlets to maintain field presence and foster business development.
• Follow up on the activation of stands and Retail Selling Points (RSPs).
• Track promotional flyers and support visibility initiatives.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional activities.
• Create and maintain an RSP tracker for both Bel and competitor activities.
• Report on activation progress and shelf visibility.
• Gather market feedback and monitor competitor activity.
• Prepare weekly market visit reports, including recommendations and corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers.
• Embody and promote Bel’s values in all professional interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

This role is suitable for individuals with minimal prior experience, specifically requiring 0-1 year in a similar position. Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply.

• Saudi National.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Valid driving license and access to a car.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Riyadh and Dammam.
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
