Work&Co. Family is seeking a Kids Club Supervisor to join their team in Makkah, with operations also extending to Jeddah. This full-time role is central to ensuring a high-quality experience for all families.

Role Overview

The Kids Club Supervisor is responsible for the comprehensive management of the branch, overseeing both the kids' zone and the work/study lounge. This role involves leading a team to deliver a seamless, safe, and memorable experience for parents and children from their arrival to departure, while maintaining operational standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the branch operations across the kids' zone and work/study lounge, ensuring a positive client journey.
Develop and implement the activities calendar, and deliver sessions directly on the floor.
Lead, coach, and schedule the team, conducting daily briefings before opening hours.
Enforce child safety protocols and consistently uphold branch standards.
Track occupancy rates, safety incidents, and client satisfaction, reporting findings to the Project Manager.
Submit all branch needs, including maintenance, event procurement, and weekly/monthly orders, through the designated system.

Required Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead a small team effectively and make quick decisions in an operational environment.
Highly organized, with a warm and patient demeanor when interacting with parents and children.
Full alignment with a five-star service culture.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities that may involve coordination with operations in Jeddah. The salary for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
