The Role of Land Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, offering flexibility for some remote work. The Land Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for conducting various field surveys and managing quantity take-offs for construction and infrastructure projects. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in relevant fields.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field surveys, including topographic and land surveys, utilizing total station and other surveying instruments to collect accurate site data.
Prepare survey reports, site plans, and documentation for building and infrastructure projects.
Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure the accuracy of measurements and quantities.
Verify levels, boundaries, and layouts on project sites.
Perform quantity take-offs and assist in the preparation of cost estimates.
Monitor material usage against project plans.
Support compliance with local regulations and project standards.
Maintain organized records of survey data.
Contribute to project planning and progress reviews.

Required Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in land surveying and quantity surveying roles.
Demonstrated experience with total station and other surveying instruments.
Proven ability to prepare detailed survey reports and site plans.
