DUBAI HOLDING, a global leader in luxury hospitality, is seeking a Learning & Development Administrator to join the Human Capital team at Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah. This full-time position is an opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to contribute to the learning and development initiatives within a distinguished hospitality brand.

Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah is located minutes from Masjid Al Haram, offering a blend of comfort and Arabian hospitality. The hotel features a range of dining venues, retail outlets, a gym, executive lounge, and meeting spaces across four towers. Guests can experience views of the Grand Mosque and a diverse culinary offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programmes, workshops, orientations, and learning activities, including scheduling, invitations, attendance, and training materials.
• Maintain accurate Learning & Development records, training databases, attendance sheets, and colleague training history.
• Monitor mandatory training completion and follow up with departments and colleagues to ensure timely completion.
• Support the preparation and implementation of monthly and annual training calendars.
• Conduct and support training sessions and learning activities for colleagues in line with Jumeirah standards and departmental requirements.
• Assist with new colleague orientation, onboarding programmes, cross-training, cross-exposure, and other development initiatives.
• Prepare Learning & Development reports, presentations, training statistics, and related documentation as required.
• Coordinate with internal trainers, external providers, and departments to ensure smooth delivery of Learning & Development activities.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
