About the Opportunity

In Communications is seeking a Motion Graphic Designer to join our team in the Makkah region, covering both Jeddah and Makkah cities. This is a full-time position suitable for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are prepared to transform static creative concepts into dynamic, high-performing social content.

Role Purpose

The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for bringing social content to life through movement, focusing on performance across platforms such as Reels, TikTok, and Stories. This role requires a professional who approaches even short animations with ambition, ensuring quality and effectiveness beyond basic requirements. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between static art direction and engaging motion design that performs effectively on digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Animate concepts and key visuals into motion graphics for social media platforms, including Reels, Stories, TikTok, and paid social campaigns.
• Develop kinetic typography, transitions, and animated graphics based on static art direction.
• Design motion content optimized for sound-off, mobile-first viewing, with an emphasis on capturing attention within the first three seconds.
• Efficiently adapt core animations across multiple formats and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with art directors to explore and implement motion possibilities beyond static layouts, advocating for craft and quality when timelines suggest otherwise.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a professional who thinks in terms of movement and performance, not solely individual frames. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to build animation templates for rapid adaptation across formats, design effectively for sound-off environments, and maintain a high standard for visual aesthetics in every frame.
