About Nesned

Nesned (نِسند) is a Saudi platform dedicated to connecting individuals in need of non-medical companionship and support with trusted helpers. The platform facilitates assistance for various life situations, including hospital accompaniment, elderly companionship, and support during events. Nesned is committed to fostering a community of responsible helpers who provide safe, respectful, and dignified assistance, emphasizing empathy, trust, and professionalism in all interactions.

The NESNED Helper Role

The NESNED Helper (مُساند) is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role involves providing essential non-medical support and companionship to clients in diverse settings. The helper is expected to maintain a positive and supportive presence while adhering to Nesned’s guidelines for safety, confidentiality, and respectful conduct.

Key Responsibilities

Accompanying clients to hospitals or various appointments.
Providing companionship to elderly individuals in their homes or care facilities.
Offering assistance and support during events and personal occasions.
Observing clients’ needs and responding calmly and responsibly.
Maintaining clear communication with clients and the Nesned team.
Assisting with simple, non-clinical tasks such as guiding clients, helping with basic mobility, and coordinating schedules or logistics as required.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 year of relevant experience.
Ability to follow established guidelines for safety, confidentiality, and respectful conduct.
Demonstrated empathy, trustworthiness, and professionalism.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Jeddah, Makkah. The role requires direct interaction with clients in various settings, including hospitals, homes, and event venues.
