About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Night Manager to oversee overnight hotel operations. This full-time position is based in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah cities, and involves delivering memorable guest experiences while ensuring the smooth functioning of the hotel during night hours.

Role Overview

As a Night Manager, you will be a key part of the Hotels team, responsible for managing the hotel's operations overnight. This includes ensuring financial accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and supporting the team to maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the nightly audit process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to internal controls.
Drive financial reconciliation, ensuring complete and accurate posting and reconciliation of the day’s financial activity across departments.
Verify the accuracy of financial and credit card transactions and resolve complex discrepancies.
Identify reporting anomalies, assess root causes, and collaborate with department leaders to enhance audit accuracy.
Partner with the Night Manager to handle guest issues and assist in emergency situations as needed.
Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences team, operating in the Makkah region, covering both Jeddah and Makkah locations.
