About the Role

the Grandeur is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Makkah. This full-time position is central to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of processes within our accounting sector. The role is suited for individuals with 2-5 years of experience who are dedicated to optimizing workflows and enhancing productivity.

Role Purpose and Impact

As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and implement best practices to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations within the accounting department, ensuring processes are efficient and compliant with established standards to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and high-performing work environment.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement, utilizing data analysis tools for decision-making.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve interdepartmental communication.
