Role Overview

This position is distinct from conventional management roles, providing an entrepreneurial path to build and operate a local football initiative. The Operator & License Owner will be instrumental in making football more accessible within Jeddah. The role involves leading the growth of Stranger Soccer in the city, encompassing local partnership development, operational management, and cultivating an active community of players. The successful candidate will have autonomy in shaping the local operation, supported by established systems and expertise from Stranger Soccer's Singapore headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer platform in Jeddah.
• Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and expand the community.
• Oversee game operations to ensure an outstanding player experience.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and expansion of the local operation.

Headquarters Support

The Operator & License Owner will receive comprehensive support from Stranger Soccer's Singapore headquarters, including:

• A technology platform for app management, payments, and operational tasks.
• Access to proven operating systems and processes.
• Ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth strategies.
