Parts Sales Consultant

About the Role

United Motors Company is seeking a Parts Sales Consultant to join their team in Makkah, with opportunities in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is responsible for assisting customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to the overall success of the aftersales division.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying their parts needs, providing accurate information, and recommending suitable parts based on vehicle specifications.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, explaining features, benefits, and compatibility of different parts.
• Process parts orders, including pricing, invoicing, and arranging for delivery or pickup.
• Upsell and cross-sell related parts and accessories to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, part numbers, and pricing information.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments, verifying accuracy and quality.
• Organize and maintain the parts storage area, ensuring cleanliness and proper organization.
• Provide technical support to customers by assisting with part identification, installation instructions, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, technical specifications, and industry trends related to automotive parts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their parts needs have been met and address any concerns or issues.
• Collaborate with the sales team and service department to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engine and Vehicle, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in parts sales.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with operations also in Jeddah. The role involves working within the aftersales division, collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
