About the Production Line Supervisor Role

Match is seeking a Production Line Supervisor to oversee and coordinate production team activities. This full-time position, based in Jeddah and Makkah within the Makkah Region, requires a leader focused on achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The role demands driving operational efficiency and fostering a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to meet goals, schedules, and quality standards.
• Manage, train, and evaluate production staff to ensure efficient and safe job performance.
• Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Coordinate production workflows and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, including safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities for maintenance and cleanliness.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, including performance metrics, and communicate results to management.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and waste management strategies.
• Motivate and engage production staff, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess proven experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably within the perfumes industry. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree or technical certification in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is considered an advantage.
