About the Sales Manager Role at Hilton

Hilton is seeking a Sales Manager to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, covering both Jeddah and Makkah. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Sales Manager is responsible for planning and executing sales activities to maximize revenue and market share for the company.

Role Overview

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and leading sales initiatives. The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate accounts, and business partners. Collaboration with other departments is essential to ensure business objectives and revenue targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales presentations.
Negotiate rates and agreements with clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and other departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the hospitality or a related industry. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships is expected.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role involves working closely with various internal departments and external partners in a dynamic sales environment.
