About the Role

Hilton is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Security Superhero. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is integral to ensuring the safety and security of our hotel premises and guests. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to a secure and welcoming environment.

Role Summary

The Security Superhero plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all guests and team members. This position focuses on proactive security measures, effective emergency response coordination, and fostering a culture of safety within the hotel. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering memorable experiences by upholding the highest standards of safety and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols, monitoring interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Support emergency responses, coordinating actions for incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, and security threats.
• Supervise and develop the security team, including training, scheduling, and providing guidance to Security Guards/Officers to ensure high performance.
• Investigate incidents by conducting preliminary inquiries, gathering relevant information, documenting findings, and ensuring accurate reporting of security incidents.
• Promote workplace safety by encouraging adherence to safety protocols and best practices among all team members.
• Provide security backup by fulfilling security officer responsibilities as required to maintain operational coverage.
