About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Senior Associate Ecommerce to join their team in Makkah, with operations also covering Jeddah. This is a full-time position focused on the efficient fulfillment of e-commerce orders within retail stores. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Ecommerce Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring that e-commerce orders are fulfilled from offline channels, specifically retail stores, with a focus on urgency and efficiency. This position is critical for achieving e-commerce sales targets and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve established e-commerce sales targets.
• Report identified stock shortages promptly and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address issues and update system records.
• Provide feedback to stakeholders as needed to optimize working processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Candidate Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a related field is required for this role.
