Visual Merchandiser Position at Baytonia

Baytonia is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on enhancing the in-store customer experience through effective visual merchandising strategies and attractive product displays across multiple store locations.

Role Purpose and Context

The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring consistent brand presentation and maintaining high visual standards across all assigned stores. This position supports sales growth by creating engaging displays and requires frequent travel between cities to manage various branches effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across all assigned store locations.
• Design and execute attractive product displays, window displays, and promotional areas.
• Ensure all visual presentations adhere to the company's established brand guidelines.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor display quality and compliance with visual standards.
• Collaborate with Store Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams to execute seasonal campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze store layouts and recommend improvements to maximize customer engagement and sales performance.
• Monitor the condition of display materials, fixtures, and signage, ensuring they are well-maintained.
• Stay updated on furniture retail trends and competitor activities to continuously enhance visual merchandising practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in the furniture or home furnishing industry is required.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software is considered a plus.

Work Environment and Travel
