About the Role: Property Manager

Bright House RealEstate is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time, on-site position is central to ensuring the efficient operation and high standards of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of daily property activities, maintaining strong tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Role Overview and Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to manage all aspects of property operations, from tenant engagement and lease administration to maintenance coordination and financial reporting. The Property Manager acts as a key point of contact for tenants and service providers, ensuring properties are well-maintained, safe, and meet established company standards. This position requires a proactive approach to property management, focusing on operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction within the Makkah region, specifically in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily property operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Managing tenant relations, including addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Administering leases, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
• Collecting rent and managing financial transactions related to properties.
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with service providers.
• Monitoring property cleanliness and safety standards.
• Supervising external service providers to ensure quality work.
• Ensuring all property units meet company standards and expectations.
• Tracking expenses and supporting budgeting and cost control initiatives.
• Preparing regular reports on occupancy rates and revenue performance.
• Handling property inquiries and conducting property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Supporting leasing activities and tenant onboarding processes.
• Ensuring full compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in property management or real estate operations, with a preference for residential or mixed-use properties.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively on-site and respond promptly to operational issues.
• Capacity to support after-hours emergencies when required.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and a strong customer service orientation.

Work Environment and Expectations

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Jeddah, requiring the Property Manager to be physically present at the properties to oversee operations directly. The role demands a proactive and responsive individual capable of managing diverse tasks and interacting professionally with tenants and service providers.
