About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Prada Beauty Consultant to join its team in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah cities. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience in the beauty sector. The Beauty Consultant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and utilizing appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain guest experience standards to enhance customer loyalty.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, product usage, and services.
• Engage with customers to assess their needs and assist them in meeting those needs, exceeding customer expectations.
• Inform customers about the most suitable product ranges for their needs.
• Explain the uses and benefits of various brands and products.
• Promote sales while achieving set line and sales targets through makeup knowledge.
• Monitor store-level targets.
• Prepare daily sales reports.
• Participate in incentive programs.
• Monitor new product launch sales targets at the store level.
• Ensure in-store merchandising levels are met according to brand guidelines.
• Ensure store shelves are restocked appropriately and on time.
• Report stock shortages using the inventory request form.
• Ensure inventory is received according to established procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience in the beauty sector.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Strong product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards in customer engagement.
