About the Role

Snood Hotels Company is seeking a Business Development and Partnerships Supervisor to contribute to its expansion and the establishment of strategic partnerships. This full-time role requires a professional with distinguished experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors. The position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify suitable buildings and properties for hospitality projects.
• Attract investment opportunities and negotiate with property owners.
• Build and develop strategic partnerships with investors and real estate developers.
• Conduct preliminary site studies and evaluate their operational and investment feasibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the swift execution of deals and launch of projects.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi nationality is required.
• 5-10 years of practical experience in the real estate and/or hospitality sectors.
• A strong network of relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate brokers.
• High-level negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze investment opportunities and make informed decisions.
• Willingness to travel between Jeddah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province as required by work demands.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with travel required to other cities including Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam to support business development initiatives.
