Join Virtucruit as an ICT Specialist!
We are looking for a highly reliable and hands-on ICT Specialist to provide end-to-end technical support across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st to 3rd level IT support in a timely and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, laptops, desktops, printers, Wi-Fi systems, and CCTV systems.
• Perform network cabling, termination, and setup.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
• Mentorship for junior team members and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.
• Assist in running IT operations for the office/site.

Candidate Profile – Must-Haves:

• Education: Diploma in IT or a related field OR Minimum 10+ years of proven hands-on experience.
• Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (*, networking, hardware, or systems administration) are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT support roles.
• Strong experience in network setup, hardware installation, and troubleshooting.
• Industry background in Mining or Industrial environments is highly preferred.
• Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; Arabic is preferred.
