Engineer II Reliability

About the Role

Tasnee (National Industrialization Co.) is seeking an Engineer II, Reliability for AMICTOHO TITANIUM METAL Company in Yanbu, KSA. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience. The role reports to the Superintendent, Reliability & Engineering.

Role Purpose and Scope

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the reliability and availability of major Instrument equipment and critical Instrument systems. This involves reviewing designs, updating maintenance strategies, monitoring and analyzing data from critical equipment and systems, improving repair techniques, and ensuring the quality of maintenance efforts.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate RIS analysis on selected company systems.
• Act as a focal point for all RIS activities.
• Ensure the implementation and effectiveness of RIS recommendations.
• Update all analyses to achieve AMIC-TOHO Reliability KPIs.
• Implement reliability best practices.
• Evaluate new technology and ideas to continuously improve the reliability of the plant’s assets.

General Responsibilities

• Document and communicate assigned activities with timely identification and tracking.
• Review basic inspection work, ensuring relevant engineering requirements are adhered to with required assistance.
• Maintain high HSE standards and ensure a healthy, safe work environment and working practices at all times.
• Participate in technical issues with stakeholders, addressing multifaceted problems and escalating with proposed resolutions.
• Monitor and analyze relevant data and identify changes that can improve an area within an engineering function.
• Troubleshoot and resolve unit problems in the area of responsibility with guidance as needed.
• Monitor and report daily assignments to senior-level engineers and routinely update records within established procedures.
• Perform tasks defined in scope and complexity, applying engineering knowledge to relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
• Develop engineering supporting documentation and plans as directed by senior-level engineers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrument Engineering, Control System Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
