About the Role

Saden City Facilities Management is seeking a Treasury and Finance Specialist to join their team in Medina, Al Madinah. This full-time role involves managing the company's financial liquidity and banking relationships, requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor bank accounts, company balances, and cash liquidity.
• Prepare and track cash flows and financing needs.
• Manage relationships and communication with banks, institutions, and financing entities.
• Prepare and follow up on financing requests and credit facilities, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Study and compare financing offers based on rates, costs, fees, duration, and repayment terms.
• Monitor existing loans, facilities, installments, and financial maturities.
• Track relevant letters of guarantee, letters of credit, and banking facilities.
• Review, execute, and monitor disbursement vouchers and bank transfers according to approved authorities.
• Perform and track bank reconciliations, matching account statements with accounting records.
• Monitor pending or returned bank transactions, commissions, and bank expenses.
• Prepare periodic reports related to liquidity, bank accounts, and financing.
• Adhere to approved treasury policies, procedures, and financial controls.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Practical experience in treasury, finance, and banking relationships.
• Experience dealing with banks, financing entities, and credit facility requests.
• Good knowledge of financing rates, costs, and terms of financial products.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in using Excel and financial systems.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, follow-up, negotiation, and communication.
