The ARAMCO Technical Lead Role

This full-time ARAMCO Technical Lead position is responsible for ensuring that customers achieve measurable business outcomes from Honeywell Technology solutions while simplifying their engagement with the company. The role involves acting as the primary contact for customer operational and service-related needs, coordinating internal teams, and managing customer interactions across various Honeywell systems and functions, including Process Automation. The Technical Lead will also drive key initiatives and strategic programs with major customers in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes from Honeywell Technology solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer operational and service needs.
• Coordinate internal teams to streamline customer engagement.
• Manage customer-related interactions across Honeywell systems and functions, including Process Automation.
• Drive key initiatives and strategic programs with key customers in Saudi Arabia.
• Capture customer feedback and drive corrective action plans.
• Translate customer requirements into internal improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive retention and expansion.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business objectives and aligning Honeywell offerings.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation.
• Lead and manage programs to ensure successful execution and delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, providing project updates and addressing concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes and practices.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a technical lead or similar capacity, with a strong background in customer engagement and project management within industrial or process sectors.
