About the Opportunity

Hilton is seeking an Accounting Supervisor AP/AR to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to maintaining financial accuracy and operational efficiency within our hotel operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the precise management of all accounts payable and receivable records.

Role Purpose

The Accounting Supervisor AP/AR plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity of financial data. This position involves overseeing the maintenance of accurate records for all receivables from various sources, including guests, tenants, concessionaires, credit card companies, online transactions, and employees. The role directly contributes to the hotel's financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard signed cheques in the Financial Controller’s safe and maintain a detailed log.
• Verify invoice backups for accuracy prior to distribution.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system.
• Respond to all inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Perform ad hoc tasks to support smooth hotel operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all receivables.
• Ensure all charges and account statements are correct and submitted on time for guests, groups, banquets, employees, and credit card companies.

Qualifications and Experience

• University degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• System skills in Check SCM and SUN.
• A professional accounting qualification is considered advantageous.
