The Role of Art Director

The Art Director is responsible for developing and executing visual concepts for campaigns and brand communications. This full-time role involves translating creative briefs into engaging and high-quality creative work across various platforms. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, key visuals, layouts, and campaign assets for both digital and print mediums.
• Translate creative briefs and brand strategies into compelling visual solutions.
• Manage assigned creative projects from initial concept through to final execution.
• Collaborate effectively with copywriters, designers, account teams, and production teams.
• Present creative concepts and articulate the creative rationale to clients.
• Maintain brand consistency and uphold high standards of creative craft.
• Guide and support junior designers and creatives as required.
• Provide art direction for photoshoots, video production, and content creation.
• Stay current with design, cultural, digital, and emerging creative trends.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an Art Director with 4-6 years of experience in developing and executing visual concepts. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating strategic briefs into impactful visual communications and managing projects from inception to completion.
