Role Summary

The Residence Guest Service Associate is responsible for managing guest registration, check-out processes, cashiering, and foreign exchange transactions. This role also involves providing assistance and facilitating solutions for guest queries and requests to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Check supplies to ensure sufficient stock for the expected business within the shift and for the day.
• Prepare all necessary documents, such as registration forms, vineyards, and welcome folders, prior to guest arrivals to facilitate check-in.
• Acknowledge and welcome guests promptly upon their approach to the desk.
• Review OPMS records for guest history and specialized instructions.
• Assist guests in completing registration forms, verifying that all important details are included.
• Direct guests to appropriate lifts and coordinate with Concierge staff as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a similar guest service role.
• Ability to manage guest registration, check-out, cashiering, and foreign exchange.
• Proficiency in preparing necessary documents for guest arrivals.
• Experience with OPMS records for guest history and instructions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with guests and team members.
