About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager (Poultry) to join their team. This full-time role involves managing a multi-functional team to ensure efficient poultry intake and processing, meeting internal customer requirements, and adhering to defined product specifications, quality, and safety standards. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to lead a self-directing team in the efficient intake and processing of specified poultry products. The Team Manager will ensure that all operations meet internal customer requirements while maintaining management performance parameters, including efficiency, loss-in-process, and zero non-conformance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a self-directing, multi-functional team within the poultry processing operations.
Ensure efficient intake of poultry and processing of specified poultry products.
Meet internal customer requirements consistently.
Operate within established management performance parameters, focusing on efficiencies, loss-in-process reduction, and achieving zero non-conformance.
Ensure strict adherence to defined product specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
Understanding of poultry processing operations and quality control.
