The Role of Construction Project Delivery Lead

Kaya AI is seeking a Construction Project Delivery Lead for a full-time, manager-level individual contributor (IC) role in Saudi Arabia. This position is responsible for bridging the gap between construction operations and AI technology. The successful candidate will own the delivery and implementation of enterprise customer projects, serving as the primary delivery lead for strategic accounts. This role requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and company leadership to ensure successful customer adoption of Kaya AI and measurable operational improvements.

This is not a traditional software implementation or project management role. It requires a deep understanding of how construction projects operate, encompassing aspects from procurement and submittals to RFIs, schedules, document control, field coordination, and project delivery. The lead will translate these workflows into AI-powered solutions, combining construction expertise with customer leadership to ensure implementations deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation and delivery for enterprise construction customers.
• Serve as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Lead discovery workshops to understand customer workflows, operational challenges, and business objectives.
• Translate construction processes into AI-enabled workflows and implementation strategies.
• Develop implementation roadmaps, project plans, rollout strategies, and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Leadership.
• Manage project scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and customer expectations.
• Drive user adoption through training, change management, and operational best practices.
• Measure implementation success and ensure customers realize measurable business value.
• Capture customer feedback and partner with Product to influence roadmap priorities.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Continuously improve Kaya AI's delivery methodology, implementation playbooks, and customer onboarding processes.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction, construction operations, project delivery, implementation, or construction technology.
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise implementations or large-scale construction projects.
• Deep understanding of commercial construction workflows and project delivery processes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and enterprise customers.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements, onsite implementations, and company events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing construction technology platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Oracle Primavera P6, Bluebeam, CMiC, Microsoft Project, or similar solutions.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflow automation, SaaS implementation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology company.
• Experience building or improving implementation methodologies, delivery frameworks, or customer onboarding programs.
