About Ninja and the Role

Ninja is seeking a Dispatch Agent to join its team in a full-time capacity. This role is integral to supporting fast-paced last-mile delivery operations, focusing on the efficient coordination and monitoring of orders from pickup to customer delivery.

Role Summary

The Dispatch Agent is responsible for overseeing the entire delivery process, from initial dispatch to final customer receipt. Key objectives include maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring deliveries meet expected timeframes, and proactively addressing any issues that arise during transit.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch orders to delivery partners efficiently.
• Monitor active deliveries to ensure orders are delivered within expected timeframes.
• Communicate effectively with delivery partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Track order status and take immediate action on delayed, cancelled, or problematic orders.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical cases as required.
• Follow up on delivery performance to ensure service-level targets are consistently met.
• Maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records.
• Support daily operations and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving delivery efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, delivery operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive operational environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, when operational demands require.

Work Environment

This role operates within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach. The position involves working in shifts, which may include weekends, to support continuous delivery operations.
