About Ninja and the Dispatch Agent Role

Ninja, a quick-commerce company, is seeking a Dispatch Agent to join its operations team. This full-time role is integral to supporting fast-paced last-mile delivery operations, focusing on the efficient coordination and monitoring of orders.

Purpose of the Role

The Dispatch Agent is responsible for overseeing the entire order lifecycle, from pickup to customer delivery. This involves ensuring efficient dispatching, facilitating timely deliveries, and proactively resolving any operational issues that may arise during the delivery process.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch orders to delivery partners efficiently.
• Monitor active deliveries to ensure orders are delivered within expected timeframes.
• Communicate effectively with delivery partners and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Track order status and take immediate action on delayed, cancelled, or problematic orders.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical cases as required.
• Follow up on delivery performance to ensure service-level targets are consistently met.
• Maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records.
• Support daily operations and contribute to ongoing efforts to improve delivery efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, delivery operations, or a related field.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in working with operational systems.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic is considered a plus.
