Role Overview

The ES SAP Cloud Lead will be responsible for guiding and executing full-cycle implementations within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module. This position requires a strong understanding of core HR processes and the technical skills necessary for configuration and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and complete at least 2-3 full-cycle implementations of Employee Central and Time Off modules.
• Manage implementations of related SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Apply strong functional knowledge of Core HR processes, Time Off, Time Sheet, and Story reporting.
• Utilize technical proficiency in XML configuration, foundation objects, and data models.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Central SAP SuccessFactors.
• Demonstrated experience completing at least 2-3 full-cycle EC and Time Off implementations.
• Proven experience with related SuccessFactors modules.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Core HR processes.
• Proficiency in Time Off, Time Sheet, and Story reporting within SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of XML configuration, foundation objects, and data models.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
