The Role of HR Compliance & Global Mobility Operations Manager

This full-time role supports day-to-day HR Compliance and Global Mobility operational matters, working closely with global HR teams. The position focuses on strengthening and continuously improving HR policies, procedures, and practices through proactive risk assessment, audits, and training. It offers an opportunity to contribute to building global HR Compliance and Global Mobility programs within a rapidly expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support on HR compliance and immigration matters globally, collaborating with HR partners.
• Serve as project coordinator for program and process implementation, managing key tasks and milestones.
• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures and drive proactive audit and reporting practices.
• Execute HR internal audit activities, including drafting audit results, communicating with stakeholders, and managing closeout.
• Maintain a comprehensive calendar of HR compliance obligations and develop project plans for timely execution.
• Monitor completion, tracking, and certification of required training programs to ensure compliance.
• Create program materials such as knowledge base articles, support text, and change management materials for HR Compliance & Global Mobility.
• Support the management of HR Compliance and immigration vendors, including scorecard creation and invoice processing.
• Proactively monitor changes to Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) and Ministry of Interior (MOI) regulations, translating updates into actionable process adjustments.
• Manage shared inboxes, triage inquiries, route to appropriate stakeholders, track resolutions, and ensure timely responses.
• Partner with payroll and finance teams to support statutory compliance with local benefits, social insurance (GOSI), and wage protection system (WPS) requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing immigration and compliance topics.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
