About the Role

Yello Stack is expanding its Healthcare & RCM services and is seeking a Healthcare Sales & Business Development Executive RCM to join the team in Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time, commission-based position focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.

Role Context

The Executive will be responsible for promoting Yello Stack's RCM, medical coding, DRG, SBS mapping, and other healthcare-related services. The role requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the healthcare industry, to drive growth across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations and decision-makers.
• Promote RCM, medical coding, DRG, SBS mapping, and other healthcare-related services.
• Generate leads, conduct client discussions, and convert prospects into business.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales & Business Development.
• Experience in healthcare, RCM, medical coding, medical billing, or related services/products is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of RCM services such as medical coding, DRG, and SBS mapping for sales and marketing purposes.
• Strong B2B communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven sales and business development ability.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid Saudi driving license and own vehicle.

Work Environment and Eligibility

This is a part-time, commission-based role open to candidates from all regions of Saudi Arabia. Both Saudi nationals and non-Saudis with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
