Ninja is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join its IT team. This full-time role is integral to supporting the company's daily operations and ensuring technical efficiency.

The Role

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting incident management, coordinating with relevant IT teams, and ensuring technical issues are tracked and resolved efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to build a career in IT Support and Incident Management within a dynamic environment, focusing on troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Log, categorize, prioritize, and track IT incidents.
Coordinate with IT Support, Network, Store Operations, and resolver teams.
Monitor incident progress and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Communicate incident updates to affected users and stakeholders.
Escalate incidents at risk of SLA breach to the Incident Manager.
Maintain accurate incident records and ITSM documentation.
Support incident reporting, trend analysis, and problem management activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in IT Support or a related field is preferred.
Basic technical background with a passion for troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
Good English communication skills.
Good problem-solving skills.

Work Commitment

This is a full-time position requiring availability to work in shifts. The role demands a commitment to ensuring incidents are properly tracked and resolved, contributing to a smooth IT operation.
