About the Role

Dallah Healthcare is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage and control inventory levels, accuracy, and processes. This full-time role focuses on ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing costs and losses across all operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in inventory or warehouse control.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all warehouses and locations.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts, reconciling any discrepancies.
Analyze inventory levels and recommend appropriate reorder points, safety stock, and min/max levels.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure continuous stock availability.
Track slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory, recommending disposal or markdown actions as needed.
Prepare comprehensive inventory reports covering stock levels, turnover, aging, and variance analysis.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
Ensure strict compliance with all inventory control policies and procedures.
Support month-end and year-end inventory closing processes and audits.
Implement and maintain inventory management systems, including ERP/WMS.
Monitor damaged, expired, or returned goods and process them according to established procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in inventory or warehouse control.

Required Skills

Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and strong command of Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
