About the Role

stc is seeking a Marketing Assistant Manager to ensure the effective delivery of Marketing & Corporate Communication services. This full-time role involves supervising data collation for market and customer requirements, assisting in the design of marketing initiatives, and overseeing document management. The Assistant Manager will also support the design and implementation of communication campaigns as directed by senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design of various end-to-end marketing initiatives, including market research, competitor intelligence, market segmentation, event management, and branding.
• Contribute to the development of media relations strategy, aiming for high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media.
• Conduct brand image surveys to monitor and analyze stc brand performance and health metrics (awareness, equity, consumer diagnostics, brand perception), under senior guidance.
• Train and support the development of "brand champions" across stc to ensure effective knowledge transfer of advertising and branding policies and enhance adherence to established guidelines.
• Implement communication plans related to media relations, event management, digital marketing, and public relations, as directed.
• Consolidate Marketing and Corporate Communication material (*, published marketing material, policy documents, competitor intelligence, benchmark data) and coordinate with the Document Management Department for regular database updates.
• Support non-complex tasks within stc’s branding initiatives, including brand image analysis and brand communication, as needed.
• Manage and centralize all Intellectual Properties (IPs) developed or acquired through corporate communication activities (*, brand imagery, copyrights from advertising campaigns, software licenses, database accesses).

Operational and Team Support

• Manage daily team operations within a specified scope, ensuring accuracy in work processes.
• Communicate goals, plans, and budgets for marketing and corporate communication campaigns/projects to junior team members to ensure task implementation within budget.
• Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and communicating PR results on a quarterly basis.
• Support the evaluation of opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis.
• Supervise stc trademark registration processes and procedures, including the review and maintenance of trademark document libraries.
• Resolve non-routine queries related to marketing material development, adhering to established standards and best practices.
• Review technical reports concerning marketing and corporate communications and forward them to senior staff for analysis.
• Support team members and resolve routine queries to ensure work continuity.
• Liaise with other supervisors to foster effective working relationships and identify synergies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
