About the Role

stc is seeking an Organization Development Assistant Manager to serve as a people advisor for a specific Function/Sector. This full-time role involves leading the planning, assessment, creation, development, and implementation of organizational design and workforce planning activities, alongside overseeing people development initiatives to contribute to the Function/Sector's success. The role requires 5-10 years of experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to act as a key HR advisor, ensuring that all organizational development and workforce planning activities align with business policies and procedures. The role holder will be instrumental in shaping the organizational structure and people development strategies within their assigned Function/Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Cascade the stc structure at the Function/Sector level, coordinating with the "ORG Design" Center of Excellence.
• Proactively assess organizational design within the Function/Sector to identify development areas and recommend enhancements.
• Create and develop L3 and below organizational structures, considering budget limitations and decision-making authority, while providing necessary documentation to the Center of Excellence.
• Report cross-functional organizational design changes to the Head of Department and Center of Excellence, seeking advice and endorsement.
• Coordinate with other OD Business Partners on organizational design changes to prevent functional overlap.
• Oversee the development of L-3 and below organizational design at the Function/Sector level, ensuring effective development of mandates and job profiles according to Center of Excellence standards.
• Regularly meet with Function/Business Heads to understand OD and workforce needs and implement changes.
• Participate in Job Evaluation exercises for the Function/Sector with the JE committee when required.
• Identify and implement outsourcing and workforce optimization activities based on Center of Excellence plans and guidelines.
• Perform annual workforce planning exercises at the Function/Sector level, ensuring budget adherence and coordinating allocated quotas with the HR Operations Team Lead.
• Carry out activities related to redeploying and mapping people with positions at the Function/Sector level.
• Seek advice and support on OD and workforce matters from the Center of Excellence.
• Develop, in coordination with People Analytics, monthly/BI/annual workforce deep dive analyses to gather insights and identify issues regarding employee attrition, absences, headcount, cost, and redeployment.
• Collaborate with the Org Data Management section in reviewing and quality checking maintained Organizational Data in the ERP system on a monthly basis.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in organizational development, HR business partnering, or workforce planning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
• Experience working within established business policies and procedures.
