About the Role

Munshi HR Solutions Ltd is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Manager for a poultry slaughterhouse. This contract position is based in Saudi Arabia and requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in maintenance management, specifically within a relevant industrial setting. The role focuses on ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of all machinery and equipment through strategic preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance plans for all slaughterhouse machinery and equipment.
Ensure timely maintenance of poultry processing, slaughtering, chilling, freezing, and packaging equipment.
Supervise the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, boiler, compressor, and utility systems.
Monitor equipment performance to identify potential failures proactively and prevent production interruptions.
Lead the maintenance team, assign daily tasks, and oversee work quality and completion.
Maintain detailed maintenance schedules, equipment history, breakdown records, and spare-parts inventory.
Analyze recurring equipment failures, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other departments to minimize production downtime.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with food safety, workplace safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and monitor the maintenance budget, covering spare parts, repair costs, service contracts, and equipment replacement needs.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, ideally within a poultry slaughterhouse or a similar food processing environment. A strong understanding of industrial machinery, electrical systems, refrigeration, and utility systems is essential.

Work Environment

This is a contract position based in Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence within the poultry slaughterhouse facility. The role involves working closely with various operational departments to ensure seamless production and adherence to safety and quality standards.
