About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Delivery Management to oversee the successful delivery of technology and digital products, projects, and services from initiation through to production. This is a full-time position that requires a professional capable of bridging communication between various stakeholders and technical teams.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior Manager - Delivery Management acts as a central point of contact, connecting business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, vendors, architecture, cybersecurity, operations, and executive management. The role involves owning the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that all aspects including scope, budget, quality, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations are managed effectively to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business and product teams.
• Coordinate solution design with architects.
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance teams.
• Manage vendor contracts and statements of work.
• Develop and maintain the delivery roadmap.
• Track and report on development progress.
• Identify and remove blockers affecting delivery teams.
• Manage testing and release activities.
• Ensure successful production deployment.
• Monitor and address post-production issues.
• Report delivery status to executive management.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 7-10 years of relevant experience in delivery management.

Accountabilities

The Delivery Manager is accountable for ensuring that features are delivered successfully and provide tangible business value.
