Senior Recruitment Consultant GCC F/M

About the Role

RemotePeople is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to support its expansion in the GCC region. This is a full-time, 360° recruitment position with a focus on business development, client acquisition, and the delivery of recruitment assignments. The role requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a client portfolio across the GCC region, identifying new business opportunities and establishing long-term partnerships.
• Build relationships with HR leaders and senior decision-makers to understand their hiring challenges and talent requirements.
• Generate new recruitment mandates through proactive business development, service pitching, and commercial term negotiation.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including understanding briefs, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and successful placement.
• Establish strong candidate networks via headhunting, referrals, and market mapping.
• Develop expertise in the GCC talent landscape, salary trends, and key market players.
• Drive individual performance, manage pipelines, set business development priorities, and take ownership of revenue and placement targets while contributing to team growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of agency recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated track record in 360° recruitment and business development.
• Experience in GCC recruitment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ambition, and comfort with remote work.
