We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern region, on a full-time basis. This role is integral to managing end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialized positions within the business.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior, complex, and hard-to-fill positions across the business.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, screen, and assess high-quality candidates through direct sourcing, market mapping, and recruitment channels.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary expectations, and sourcing challenges.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, approvals, and pre-employment requirements.
• Manage complex recruitment situations, including candidate negotiations and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure smooth handover of selected candidates to the Mobilization and People teams.
• Support recruitment reporting, workforce planning, and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior Talent Acquisition team members as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, preferably within engineering, construction, energy, or oil and gas sectors.
• Proven experience recruiting senior, technical, and specialized professionals.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, located in the Eastern region.
