About the Role

Zoom is seeking a full-time Account Executive to lead digital transformation within the Commercial sector in Saudi Arabia. This role involves serving as the business leader for an assigned territory or accounts, focusing on complex, multi-product solution selling.

Role Context and Objectives

The Account Executive will move beyond transactional sales to orchestrate comprehensive solutions. This includes balancing the acquisition of new customers with the strategic expansion of the existing install base. The role leverages Zoom's full platform, including UCaaS, CCaaS, CX, and AI, to address critical business challenges for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting across existing and new customer accounts to drive consistent revenue growth.
• Orchestrate data-driven territory plans by leveraging insights and consumption trends to prioritize high-propensity accounts and optimize coverage.
• Execute hybrid prospecting strategies that integrate social selling, partner co-selling, and direct outreach to uncover opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Drive product consumption and adoption by identifying unused entitlements, converting them into active usage, and generating measurable business value.
• Engage C-Level, VP-Level, and functional decision-makers across Finance, HR, Operations, and Procurement to align solutions with strategic business goals and digital transformation roadmaps.
• Negotiate complex, multi-horizon commercial agreements that include multi-year commitments and professional services to ensure long-term value and minimize churn.
• Create and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews that demonstrate ROI, benchmark performance, and outline future-state roadmaps aligned with customer objectives.

Required Experience and Skills

• Proven Account Executive experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, and CX, demonstrating success in outbound prospecting and new logo acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Economics, including CAPEX vs. OPEX models, with the ability to build TCO and financial impact models to justify investments to financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools for managing pipeline development, forecasting, and deal progression.
• Ability to maintain accurate commit forecasts and mutual action plans for visibility and alignment.
