Assistant Manager UX/ UI Design

About the Role

ROSHN is seeking an Assistant Manager, UX/UI Design, to lead its design team. This full-time role involves developing and implementing UX/UI design strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure digital products and services are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI design team.
• Develop and implement UX/UI design strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-friendly and visually appealing websites, mobile apps, and digital products.
• Ensure all digital products and services align with business goals.
• Design and create high-performing Electronic Direct Mails (EDMs).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven track record of success in UX/UI design.
• Deep understanding of design principles.
• Proficiency in user research methodologies.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience.
• Understanding of email marketing platforms such as Infobip, Mailchimp, and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with various design tools.
