About Turing and the Role

Turing is a rapidly expanding AI company focused on advancing and deploying powerful AI systems. The company collaborates with leading AI labs and develops real-world AI solutions for critical business priorities. We are seeking an Audio/Voice Trainer Arabic to join our team in a contract capacity, based in Saudi Arabia. This role involves bringing characters and narratives to life through voice, ensuring appropriate emotion, personality, and tone across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Record voice-overs from a professional home studio or during in-studio sessions.
• Perform lines with clarity, appropriate emotion, and suitable pacing.
• Interpret scripts effectively and integrate creative direction.
• Revise performances based on provided feedback.
• Deliver high-quality audio files punctually and in the specified format.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in voice acting, with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated strong vocal control and versatility.
• Clear speech and a broad emotional range in vocal performance.
• Access to high-quality recording equipment for remote work.
• Ability to follow direction precisely and meet project deadlines consistently.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with dubbing, Automated Dialogue Replacement (ADR), or localization projects.
• A professional demo reel showcasing a diverse range of voice styles.
• A background in acting or performing arts.
• Familiarity with various audio editing tools.

Work Arrangement

This position is offered as a flexible contract agreement, not a full-time or part-time employment role. The work environment is fully remote, providing opportunities to contribute to advanced AI projects with prominent Large Language Model (LLM) companies. There is potential for contract extension based on performance and evolving project requirements.

Evaluation Process

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and relevant professional experience. Shortlisted individuals will then undergo a delivery review to assess their capabilities, after which they will be eligible to commence work.
