Accor is seeking a Bell Captain for SLS The Red Sea, a property known for its design and service. Located on the Red Sea coast, SLS The Red Sea features 150 keys, five Food & Beverage venues, and a spa. This full-time role is part of a team focused on delivering guest experiences.

Role Summary

As Bell Captain, you will lead the Bell team in managing guest arrivals and departures at SLS The Red Sea. This role involves overseeing daily Bell Desk operations, luggage handling, guest assistance, and transportation coordination. You will work closely with the Concierge, Front Office, and Valet teams to ensure smooth and welcoming guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Bell team, ensuring consistent service for guest arrivals and departures.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby, driveway, and arrival areas to support guests and colleagues.
• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
• Oversee luggage handling, storage, delivery, and collection, ensuring security and efficiency.
• Ensure proper luggage tagging, logging, tracking, and storage procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Concierge teams for guest arrivals, departures, room moves, and other requirements.
• Assist with transportation arrangements, including airport and private transfers.
• Coordinate with Valet and transportation teams for efficient guest movements.
• Stay informed of VIP arrivals, repeat guests, and special requests to support personalized service.
• Provide accurate information about resort facilities, dining, activities, and the Red Sea destination.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally, ensuring appropriate action and follow-up.
• Supervise the secure storage of guest luggage and personal belongings, maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure bell carts, luggage rooms, storage areas, and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for operation.
• Maintain the presentation of the lobby, resort entrance, arrival areas, and Bell Desk according to standards.
• Conduct team briefings and provide guidance on service standards, safety, and daily operations.
• Coach and support Bell team members, providing feedback and identifying development opportunities.
• Monitor team performance to ensure professional grooming, conduct, and guest engagement.
• Ensure guest requests and tasks are recorded, tracked, and followed through using resort systems.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Front Office, Guest Relations, Valet, Security, Housekeeping, and other departments for seamless service.
• Ensure all safety, security, guest privacy, and luggage-handling procedures are consistently followed.
• Support the preparation of Bell Desk operational reports, guest feedback, and team updates.
• Support the Rooms team with operational requirements and continuous improvement of the guest arrival and departure experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
