We are seeking a dedicated Care Technician to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Maintaining Service Excellence

The Care Technician plays a fundamental role in ensuring that The Ritz-Carlton's "Gold Standards" are consistently delivered with graciousness and thoughtfulness. These standards, encompassing our Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values, form the foundation of our operations and guide continuous improvement. This position is central to maintaining the pristine condition and functionality of our guest environments, directly contributing to the comfort and satisfaction of our guests.

Core Duties and Maintenance Tasks

The primary responsibilities of the Care Technician include:

• Performing scheduled preventative maintenance (CARE, RPM, GCPM) across guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces.
• Executing tasks such as mattress inspection and flipping, bed frame assembly, vacuuming, spot cleaning carpets and upholstery, dusting, and touch-up painting and furniture repair.
• Ensuring all necessary hardware and appliances are present and in full working order.
• Replacing light fixtures and inspecting or repairing grout and caulking.
• Maintaining, repairing, and cleaning all guest rooms in accordance with property preventative maintenance procedures and standard guidelines.
• Performing miscellaneous minor repairs, including tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls.
• Conducting general cleaning of all guestroom surfaces, such as tubs, wall tiles, hard floors, walls, windows, and mirrors.
• Reporting any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager or supervisor.

Operational Standards and Physical Demands

This role requires adherence to strict operational and safety protocols, alongside specific physical capabilities:

• Following all company safety and security policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions, and completing required safety training and certifications.
• Maintaining a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, ensuring confidentiality, and protecting company assets.
• Welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards, and anticipating and addressing service needs.
• Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and supporting the team to achieve common goals.
• Ensuring consistent adherence to quality expectations and standards in all tasks.
• Physical requirements include reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Assisting with the movement, lifting, carrying, and placement of objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds.
• The ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or an entire work shift.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for the Care Technician position should meet the following criteria:

• A high school diploma or *** equivalent.
• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
