The Opportunity: Team Leader I (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Team Leader I (Poultry) to join its operations. This full-time role involves leading a self-directing, multi-functional team focused on the efficient intake and processing of poultry products. The primary objective is to meet internal customer requirements while adhering to established management performance parameters, including efficiency, loss-in-process, and zero non-conformance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-functional team in poultry intake and processing operations.
• Ensure the efficient processing of specified poultry products.
• Meet internal customer requirements regarding product specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Adhere to management performance parameters, including efficiency and loss-in-process targets.
• Maintain a zero non-conformance standard in all processing activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively.
• Understanding of poultry processing operations and quality standards.
