About the Role

Jobgether is seeking a Certified SuiteDash Expert to join a partner company operating in Saudi Arabia. This full-time, remote position involves configuring and optimizing the SuiteDash platform to support business operations effectively. The role requires hands-on expertise in translating business needs into functional system setups, focusing on CRM, automation, and client portal functionalities.

Core Responsibilities

The Certified SuiteDash Expert will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and management of the SuiteDash platform. Key duties include:

• Configuring SuiteDash to align with specific business requirements and operational workflows.
• Designing and implementing CRM structures for efficient client and data management.
• Setting up email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and client communication systems.
• Customizing and optimizing the client portal to enhance usability and business efficiency.
• Translating business needs into scalable system configurations and processes.
• Providing direct technical guidance and support to ensure effective platform adoption.
• Troubleshooting existing configurations and optimizing them for performance and usability.
• Advising on best practices for SuiteDash utilization, automation, and workflow design.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this role must possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Certified SuiteDash Expert with hands-on implementation capabilities.
• Strong understanding of CRM setup, automation workflows, and client portal configuration.
• Experience with email marketing systems and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical system configurations.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly when supporting non-technical users and stakeholders.
• Experience in providing training, onboarding, or operational support for SaaS tools.
• A detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and process-thinking abilities.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time, remote position based in Saudi Arabia. The work environment is designed for fast, effective implementation. Compensation is offered on an hourly basis, ranging from $5 to $15, dependent on the candidate's experience level.
