About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Chef de Partie specializing in Arabic Cuisine to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the preparation of high-quality dishes and ensuring memorable guest experiences through culinary excellence and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and test dishes according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Supervise the kitchen team, including line cooks, and provide support in the absence of senior chefs to maintain efficient operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas, preventing cross-contamination.
Monitor ingredient quality, ensuring proper storage and adherence to stock rotation procedures.
Contribute to controlling food costs, improving gross profit margins, and meeting departmental financial targets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to uphold guest and team member wellbeing.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a culinary role, with a focus on Arabic cuisine. The ability to prepare dishes according to standard recipes and supervise kitchen staff is essential.
