About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its Hotels team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the preparation of high-quality dishes and ensuring memorable guest experiences through culinary excellence. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation through seasoning, cooking, and testing.
• Supervise the kitchen team, providing support to line cooks and ensuring smooth operations in the absence of senior chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all work areas, preventing cross-contamination.
• Monitor ingredient quality and ensure proper storage and stock rotation.
• Contribute to controlling food costs, improving gross profit margins, and meeting departmental financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to uphold guest and team member wellbeing standards.
