About the Role

Jobgether is seeking a Cideon / NextLabs Application SME for a full-time position in Saudi Arabia. This role is a key technical authority focused on managing large-scale CAD and engineering data migration programs within complex enterprise environments. The position operates at the intersection of CAD, PLM, and enterprise integration, requiring a hands-on approach to ensure accurate, validated, and secure data migration using CIDEON tools. The role also involves supporting system integrations, enforcing data governance, and ensuring compliance through NextLabs solutions.

Role Context and Objectives

This techno-functional role, with an emphasis of 70% technical and 30% functional, is designed to drive critical data migration initiatives. You will collaborate closely with program managers, engineering teams, and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality migration outcomes. The position is execution-driven, demanding precision, structure, and scalability in its approach to improving migration frameworks and integration reliability across distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end CAD and engineering data migration initiatives using CIDEON tools, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and alignment with enterprise program timelines.
• Define and implement migration strategies, including extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning across complex CAD/PLM environments.
• Support integration between CAD systems, PLM platforms, and downstream enterprise applications, ensuring data consistency and workflow continuity.
• Enforce data governance, compliance policies, and secure access controls using NextLabs or similar policy-driven security tools.
• Collaborate with program managers and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Troubleshoot migration, integration, and system-level issues across distributed engineering ecosystems.
• Define migration standards, validation rules, and best practices to improve the scalability and repeatability of processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should be experienced CAD/PLM technical professionals with strong exposure to enterprise data migration, integration, and engineering systems in large-scale environments. Specific requirements include:

• Hands-on expertise with CIDEON tools and CAD platforms such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and SolidWorks.
• Strong knowledge of PLM/PDM systems including SAP PLM, Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, or Autodesk Vault.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes, CAD-PLM integration workflows, APIs, and system integration principles.
• Experience with scripting and automation using SQL, Python, and/or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with NextLabs or similar policy-based compliance/security tools is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills in complex engineering data environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and functional stakeholders in global, distributed teams.
